What is a verified mediator?

Mediator addresses that actively participate in the network of The Judiciary Protocol that are deemed reputable and trustworthy in their fields by The Judiciary DAO to be able to arbitrate in disputes are regarded as “Verified Mediators”.

These mediator addresses can be individually controlled EOAs or they could also be multi-sig Mediator Bench Desk contracts represented by DAOs, lawyers, or any other entities.

Rewards for verified mediators

• $JUDGE tokens — that are backed by The Judiciary Protocol’s treasury and earnings from transaction fees.
• Special counsel to help these mediators recruit more transactions in the protocol and charge custom fees to earn on every transaction / monthly retainer fees.

Verified mediators shall get this badge on the contract page, and will also get featured in the Mediator Selection page when users create contracts.
