Welcome to Judiciary.app (the "Site"), a platform for on-chain contract creation and signing with built-in escrow functionalities. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully as they govern your access to and use of the Site, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you may not access or use the Site.
The Site is intended for use by businesses and individuals who wish to create and sign contracts with built-in escrow functionalities. The Site provides a platform for the creation and signing of contracts, as well as an escrow wallet for the holding of funds related to the contracts.
The contracts created through the Site are not necessarily legally binding and may not be enforceable in a court of law. The text of the contracts is provided for the purpose of facilitating fair, equitable, and just mediation in the escrow process to help mediators resolve disputes fairly.
To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself as prompted by the registration form, and to maintain and update your information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security.
We reserve the right to terminate your account or refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
We may charge fees for certain services or features of the Site. The fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed on the Site. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your use of the Site, including any applicable taxes.
You are solely responsible for the content you post on the Site, including any contracts you create through the Site. You represent and warrant that any content you post on the Site does not infringe on the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any third party.
We reserve the right, but do not have an obligation, to monitor or review any content you post on the Site. We may remove any content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.
The Site provides an escrow wallet for the holding of funds related to contracts created through the Site. The escrow wallet is designed to hold funds securely and to facilitate the release of funds to the appropriate party in accordance with the terms of the contract.
By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that we have no control over the funds held in the escrow wallet and that we have no liability for any disputes that arise between parties to a contract.
You may choose a mediator for the escrow wallet, but we have no liability for any disputes that arise between parties and the mediator. The mediator is solely responsible for resolving disputes related to the escrow wallet.
